BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Officers
Chief Executive Officer and Chairman:
Randolph Flay
currently serves as a Foreign Service Officer, Economic and
Environmental Affairs at the U.S. Agency for International
Development. Prior to working for the U.S. AID, Randolph worked
for U.S. Department of State as an Attaché in Political and
Economic Affairs at the U.S. Embassy in Vilnius, Lithuania and at the U.S.
Environmental Protection Agency in the Office of Pollution Prevention
and Toxics. He holds a Master of Science degree from the
University of California at Berkeley in Environmental Science, Policy,
and Management, along with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International
Studies from American University in Washington, DC. His
research interests include: institutional analysis of groundwater
management, drinking water quality effects on public health, and systems
approaches to resource management.
Executive Secretary: Michael Healy
is a PhD candidate in Land Resources at the University of
Wisconsin-Madison. His research focuses on adaptive restoration of
natural areas, interpretation of restoration action and research, and
invasive species management in wetlands. As Executive Secretary of
Waterscape International Group, Mike helps us bridge the gap between
science, technology, and outreach, drawing from his experience as
co-founder of Ecofusion Multimedia and over 10 years of work with
natural resource agencies in the eastern and midwestern U.S.
